Manuel Montis Suau
Partner & Lawyer

Manuel Montis, a practising lawyer since 1977, has worked in all the judicial districts of the Balearic Islands, as well as in Madrid and Barcelona.

His extensive experience in the legal field allows him to advise and resolve any legal issue that may arise.

Manuel co-founded the firm together with his brother, and his enthusiasm for providing a high quality service remains unchanged to this day.

In his spare time, he enjoys the company of his family, taking part in activities such as fishing or sailing at sea.



Nathalia Rigo
Partner, Lawyer, Swedish Consul, Property Manager

Nathalia has a law degree from the University of the Balearic Islands and has been a member of the Balearic Islands Bar Association since 1993.

Her specialisation is real estate law, with a focus on the Scandinavian market.

Nathalia is also the Swedish Consul since 2005, representing the interests of the Swedish state in Spain.

She is responsible for coordinating state visits and other official errands, as well as assisting with more practical consulate matters.

Nathalia speaks Spanish, Catalan, English, Swedish, French and German. In her spare time she loves to go out with the boat and disconnect by the sea.



Juan Moragues
Lawyer

Juan, graduated Law from the University of the Balearic Islands and has been a practicing lawyer since 1997, doing his internship at the Montis Abogados office together with Mr. Jaime Montis.

The experience of more than 25 years of professional practice, his continuous training and the challenges that the professional world offers, allow him to advise and defend his clients in an agile and efficient manner.

In his spare time he likes to spend time with his family and outdoor activities.



Fernando Montis
Lawyer & Social Worker

Fernando finished his law studies in 2008 and joined the firm the same year.

He was gradually entrusted with the firm's labour matters, which led him to study Labour Relations.

He spends his working time defending the interests of his clients before the Courts, especially the Social Courts, as well as advising companies on their human resources, labour management, relations with their employees and with the Social Security.

Fernando speaks Spanish, Catalan and English.

He spends his free time with his family and friends, with whom he enjoys all kinds of activities, especially outdoors.



Anne Schütt
Paralegal

Anne is a paralegal specialized in the supervision and execution of real estate sales and purchases.

She has been with the firm since 2006, where she has always proven to be a dedicated professional committed to providing a high-quality service.

Anne not only stands out for her experience, she is also a polyglot. She speaks 6 languages, including Spanish, English, Swedish and Danish, which allows her to communicate effectively with international clients and provide a service adapted to their needs.

Outside of work, Anne enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and loves to travel.



Jaume Pizá
Law Graduate

Jaume began his Civil Engineering studies in Madrid.

But his passion for the island, family and business made him change course and return to Mallorca, where he studied a law degree at the UIB in 2016.

He has been with the firm since 2014, where he has specialized in real estate transactions, construction, inheritance and mortgage financing.

In addition to speaking Spanish and Catalan, his extroverted character has allowed him to put his high level of English into practice and he is increasingly daring with German.

Apart from his undoubted passion for business, his weaknesses are the traditional arts of hunting, the countryside and the mountains. Jaume represents the essence of Mallorca in its purest state.



Mercedes García
Law Graduate

Mercedes has a degree in Law and a Master's Degree in Legal Practice. She is currently studying for a Higher Degree in Administration and Finance.

She has been a member of the Montis Advisors team since 2016, carrying out tasks such as monitoring files, assisting both clients and colleagues in the firm, as well as administration and internal organisation of the firm.

She has previously worked in companies in the tourism sector, where she has gained experience in dealing with clients of different nationalities. Mercedes speaks Spanish, Catalan, English and French.

Her free time is divided between cinema and reading in winter and running, hiking and outdoor activities in summer.



Vanessa Molina
Nathalia Rigos' Personal Assistant

Vanessa has studied Tourism in English.

She has a master's degree as an event organizer and is currently studying law.

She has worked in renowned companies in the banking sector and in the commercial department of the hotel sector.

In 2020 she joined the Montis Advisors team as personal assistant to Nathalia Rigo, carrying out a wide range of tasks.

Her passion is languages, she speaks many and has studied more than 25, among them Spanish, Catalan, English, German, Swedish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Arabic.

She loves reading and adores animals. One of her greatest skills is mathematics.



Raquel Quesada
Administrative with a Degree in Economics

Raquel is an economist and a member of the firm's administrative team since 2021.

She is in charge of organising and managing various administrative tasks, such as invoicing control and documentation management.

Prior to joining the team, she worked in the banking sector and in the financial department of a well-known tourism company, which has allowed her to develop fundamental skills and knowledge in the financial and administrative field.

Raquel speaks Spanish, Catalan and English and is currently learning Swedish.

In her spare time, she is passionate about travelling and discovering new places. She is also a fan of marine sports and activities and loves to enjoy the beach.



Enrique Hausmann
Orderly

Enrique is a school graduate and has extensive experience in the labour sector.

He has been working as an orderly in the office of Montis Advisors from 2017.

He performs a wide range of tasks that contribute to the speed and effectiveness of the company, carrying out management tasks, moving and sorting documents of various types.

He is known for his punctuality and adapts perfectly to the requirements of the company, creating a good working atmosphere.

His passions are reading, listening to music and taking long walks in the mountains and in the centre of Palma. He is a great animal lover.

Anne Deckmann
Administrative

Anne studied international secretarial studies in London and Oslo.

She joined the administrative team of Montis Advisors in 2013.

Since then, she is in charge of organising and managing various tasks related to after-sales/purchase, inheritance, wills etc. 

In addition to her years of experience in the sector, Anne speaks 5 languages, Norwegian, Swedish, English, German and Spanish, which enables her to attend to the vast majority of our clients in their mother tongue.

Anne has an international background having lived in different countries such as Kenya, Morocco, Greece, Germany, France and other European countries. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and travelling.



María Font
Chancellor

Maria studied computer secretarial work in Mallorca and Spanish philology at the University of Dalarna.

She has worked in various sectors, starting her career in the family business in the hotel industry.

Her dual Spanish/Swedish nationality allows her to speak both languages fluently, as well as English and French.

She has been working at the Swedish Consulate for the last 15 years, performing consular duties as Chancellor in a helpful and decisive manner.

She is passionate about music and good food. She spends her free time studying, doing handicrafts, going for walks in nature with her family, friends and dog, and travelling.



Catalina Pocovi
Law Graduate

Catalina graduated in Law with a diploma in Anglo-American Law from the University of Navarra in 2018.

With a special interest in a legal vision from a humanistic and integrative point of view, Catalina has dedicated the last four years to the preparation of the competitive examinations for the Judicial and Prosecutorial Career, establishing a deep knowledge of the Spanish legal system as a whole.

She joined Montis Advisors in 2023. Catalina speaks Spanish, Catalan and English.

She is also a musician, singing and playing the guitar being her specialities, she spends part of her free time developing musical projects and enjoying nature and the sea.



Mija Mijanovic
Marketing & Communication

Mija studied business economics in Stockholm and has a master's degree in marketing.

She came to Mallorca in 2011 and immediately felt at home.

She has worked for several well-known companies on the island and joined Montis Advisors in 2023, where she is in charge of communication and marketing issues.

She is passionate about languages and speaks Swedish, Bosnian, English, Spanish and French.

She also likes to try new things and some time ago he started archery lessons. In her free time she enjoys spending time in nature and travelling.
