This measure is expected to be gradually implemented throughout this year so that by the end of 2024, the workweek will have been reduced by one to one and a half hours.<\/p><p>The objective of this measure is to improve work-life balance, provide greater rest for workers, and very importantly, facilitate digital disconnection so that employees can enjoy their free time, whether with their family or friends.<\/p><p>It is important to emphasize that this reform will not affect the current salary of workers. Employees will receive the same salary they currently earn, while working two and a half hours less per week.
