Automatically, the license will be granted.<\/p><p><strong>Medium works<\/strong>: If the work involves the demolition of walls or the creation of new layouts, a notification to the City Council is also sufficient. However, in these cases, a surveyor or medium-grade technician and a consultant must be involved.<\/p><p><strong>Major works<\/strong>: If you want to completely rehabilitate the entire home or property acquired, you will need the services of an architect who will prepare the corresponding project to obtain the license, where you will also need to designate the builder. It is advisable to involve a lawyer for the construction contract, where fixed prices and guarantees will be established to ensure the successful completion of the work.
